We have built this Platform with the belief that everyone who comes here — whether seeking answers, offering their gifts, or simply curious about what the universe has to say — deserves to feel safe, respected, and truly seen. These Community Guidelines exist not to restrict, but to protect. They outline the standards of conduct we hold for every member of our community: our Clients, our Readers, and our team. When we all honour these principles, Solar Willow becomes something rare — a corner of the internet that actually feels good to be in. By using the Platform, you agree to abide by these guidelines at all times. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination, depending on the severity and nature of the conduct involved. 1. Treat Everyone With Respect This is the foundation of everything we do here. Solar Willow is home to people from every walk of life, every background, every belief system, and every corner of the world. That diversity is one of our greatest strengths, and we ask every member of our community to honour it. Regardless of whether you are a Client or a Reader, you are expected to engage with others with warmth, patience, and basic human decency. Spiritual spaces attract people who are often in vulnerable or emotionally tender moments. Please hold that awareness in every interaction. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Solar Willow: • Harassment, intimidation, or threatening behaviour of any kind directed at any user • Verbal abuse, personal attacks, or deliberate attempts to demean or humiliate another person • Discrimination or hateful speech based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or any other characteristic • Stalking, persistent unwanted contact, or any conduct that causes another user to feel unsafe • Sharing another user's personal information without their explicit consent 2. Be Honest and Authentic The integrity of Solar Willow depends on every member of our community showing up with honesty. Deception of any kind — whether in a reader profile, during a session, or in communications with our team — undermines the trust that makes this Platform possible. For Readers • Your profile must accurately represent your skills, experience, and areas of spiritual specialisation • You must not claim credentials, abilities, or qualifications that you do not genuinely possess • You must not fabricate or embellish information during sessions in a way that is designed to mislead or manipulate a Client • You must not use fear tactics, create false urgency, or exploit a Client's emotional vulnerability to extend session time or encourage repeat bookings • You must not guarantee specific outcomes, claim certainty about future events, or make predictions relating to death, serious illness, legal matters, or financial gain For Clients • Your account information must be accurate and truthful • You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity in any way • You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or to manipulate the Platform's review or rating systems • You must not attempt to test or trick a Reader through deliberately false or misleading information 3. Prioritise Safety — Yours and Others' The wellbeing of our community is something we take seriously and personally. Solar Willow is a space for spiritual exploration and reflection — it is not a substitute for professional mental health support, medical care, or crisis services. If you are going through an extremely difficult time, we encourage you to reach out to a qualified professional or a crisis support service in your country. In Australia, you can contact Lifeline on 13 11 14. In the United States, you can reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988. For Readers • If a Client discloses that they are in crisis, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or in immediate danger, you must not attempt to manage this through a reading — please direct them to emergency services or a relevant crisis helpline • You must never encourage a Client's dependence on readings to the detriment of their mental health, relationships, or financial wellbeing • You must never pressure a Client to purchase additional sessions or credits, or imply that harm will come to them if they do not • You must not conduct sessions in a manner that exploits grief, trauma, fear, or emotional distress For Clients • Please approach readings as a source of reflection and spiritual perspective, not as a replacement for professional advice • If a Reader makes you feel frightened, pressured, or exploited in any way, please end the session and report it to our team immediately at support@solarwillow.com • Please engage with Readers in good faith — our Readers invest genuine time and care into every session 4. Keep All Interactions On-Platform To protect both Clients and Readers, all communication, booking, and payment for services must take place exclusively through the Solar Willow Platform. Attempting to move interactions off-platform — whether via personal email, social media, messaging apps, or any other channel — is a violation of these guidelines and of our Terms of Service. This rule exists for good reason. On-platform interactions allow us to ensure that both parties are protected, that payments are processed securely, and that our community standards are upheld. Off-platform transactions leave both Clients and Readers without any of the protections Solar Willow provides. The following are strictly prohibited: • Sharing personal contact details — including email addresses, phone numbers, or social media handles — with another user for the purpose of continuing or conducting services outside the Platform • Soliciting or accepting payments for services through any channel other than Solar Willow's payment system • Advertising or promoting personal services, websites, or external platforms to other Solar Willow users 5. Content Standards Any content you share through the Platform — including your profile, session communications, reviews, and feedback — must meet the following standards: • Content must be lawful and must not violate the rights of any third party • Content must not be sexually explicit, graphic, or obscene • Content must not promote, glorify, or facilitate violence, self-harm, or illegal activity • Content must not contain spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material • Content must not include malicious links, viruses, or any material designed to harm or deceive • Content must not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity Solar Willow reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice, and to take further action against the account responsible where we consider it appropriate. 6. Reviews and Feedback Reviews and ratings are an important part of how trust is built within the Solar Willow community. We ask that all reviews be honest, fair, and based on genuine firsthand experience of a session. • Reviews must not contain personal attacks, defamatory statements, or abusive language • Reviews must not be submitted by a Reader about their own profile, or by anyone with a personal or financial interest in the outcome • Attempting to manipulate the review system — including incentivising positive reviews or submitting false negative reviews about other Readers — is strictly prohibited • Solar Willow reserves the right to remove any review that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these guidelines 7. Protection of Minors The Solar Willow Platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 years and over. Under no circumstances may a person under the age of 18 register for or use the Platform. Any content, communication, or conduct that involves, targets, or exploits minors in any way is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate, permanent account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities. 8. Respect Intellectual Property Please respect the creative and intellectual work of others. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish any content belonging to Solar Willow or to another user without the express written permission of the rights holder. This includes session recordings, reader profiles, written materials, and any other proprietary content found on the Platform. 9. Reporting Concerns We rely on the collective care of our community to help us maintain a safe and respectful space. If you encounter conduct that you believe violates these guidelines, we ask that you report it to us rather than engaging with or retaliating against the individual concerned. All reports are treated with confidentiality and reviewed by our moderation team promptly. We are grateful to every member who takes the time to help us keep Solar Willow the kind of place it is meant to be. 10. Enforcement Solar Willow takes violations of these guidelines seriously. Depending on the nature and severity of the conduct, consequences may include: • A formal warning issued to the account holder • Temporary suspension of account access • Permanent termination of the account • Removal of content, reviews, or profile information • Referral to law enforcement or relevant authorities where the conduct is of a serious or criminal nature Solar Willow reserves the right to take any action we deem necessary and appropriate to protect our community and our Platform, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. All enforcement decisions made by Solar Willow are final. 11. Updates to These Guidelines These Community Guidelines may be updated from time to time to reflect the evolving needs of our community and the Platform. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on the Platform.
