Introduction Solar Willow Psychic Network Pty Ltd ("Solar Willow", "we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, writers, and all rights holders, and we expect every member of our community to do the same. This Copyright Policy outlines how we handle copyright on the Solar Willow Platform, the rights you retain over your own content, the rights you grant to us, and the process by which copyright concerns may be raised and resolved. This policy applies to all users of the Platform, including Clients and Readers, and forms part of our broader Terms of Service. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Copyright Policy. 2. Solar Willow Intellectual Property All content, materials, and intellectual property comprising the Solar Willow Platform are owned by or licensed to Solar Willow Psychic Network Pty Ltd and are protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and applicable international copyright law. This includes, but is not limited to: • The Solar Willow name, logo, and all associated branding and trade marks • The design, layout, structure, and visual presentation of the Platform • All original written content, descriptive text, and marketing materials produced by Solar Willow • Software, source code, and proprietary technology underlying the Platform • All graphics, illustrations, icons, and imagery created by or for Solar Willow Nothing on the Platform shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use Solar Willow's intellectual property without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of Solar Willow's proprietary content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action. 3. Your Content and Your Rights Solar Willow respects your ownership of the content you create. When you submit content to the Platform — including your reader profile, session communications, reviews, or any other material — you retain full ownership of that content. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Solar Willow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, reproduce, and use that content solely for the purposes of operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform. This licence does not extend to the commercial exploitation of your content, and we will never sell your content to third parties. You represent and warrant that: • You are the original creator of all content you submit, or you hold all necessary rights and permissions to submit it • Your content does not infringe the copyright, trade mark, or any other intellectual property rights of any third party • Your content does not contain any material that is unlawful, defamatory, or in violation of any applicable law Solar Willow reserves the right to remove any content that we reasonably believe infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, without prior notice to the user concerned. 4. Prohibited Use of Copyrighted Material Users of the Solar Willow Platform must not upload, share, reproduce, or distribute content that infringes the copyright of any third party. Without limiting the foregoing, the following conduct is expressly prohibited: • Reproducing or distributing copyrighted text, images, music, video, or other creative works without the permission of the rights holder • Copying or republishing content from other websites, publications, or platforms without proper authorisation • Using copyrighted imagery, graphics, or branding in your reader profile without a valid licence to do so • Recording, reproducing, or distributing the content of any session conducted through the Platform without the express consent of all parties involved • Passing off another person's creative or spiritual work as your own Users found to be engaging in copyright infringement may have their content removed, their account suspended or permanently terminated, and may be referred to the relevant authorities where the infringement is of a serious or commercial nature. 5. Copyright in Session Content Reading sessions conducted through the Solar Willow Platform may give rise to original creative content, including interpretations, written guidance, and spoken insight offered by a Reader. The copyright in such content is owned by the Reader who created it, subject to the licence granted to Solar Willow as described in Section 3 of this policy. Clients must not record, transcribe, reproduce, or distribute the content of a reading session — in whole or in part — without the express written consent of the Reader concerned. Similarly, Readers must not reproduce or share the personal information or communications of a Client without that Client's express consent. Where a reading is delivered in written form through the Platform's chat function, that written content is protected by copyright and may not be republished or shared publicly without the consent of the author. 6. Reporting Copyright Infringement If you believe that content appearing on the Solar Willow Platform infringes your copyright or the copyright of a person or entity you are authorised to represent, we invite you to notify us promptly so that we may investigate and take appropriate action. 6.1 What to Include in Your Notice To enable us to assess and act upon your complaint efficiently, please include the following information in your notice: • Your full name and contact details, including email address and telephone number • A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed • The specific URL or location on the Platform where the allegedly infringing content can be found • A statement confirming that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law • A statement confirming that the information in your notice is accurate and, where you are acting on behalf of a rights holder, that you are authorised to do so • Your physical or electronic signature 6.2 Where to Send Your Notice Copyright infringement notices should be submitted to our dedicated support team at: Email: support@solarwillow.com Subject line: Copyright Infringement Notice — Solar Willow We will acknowledge receipt of your notice and endeavour to investigate and respond in a timely manner. Where a complaint is found to have merit, the relevant content will be removed or disabled promptly. 6.3 Counter-Notices If you believe that content you submitted to the Platform has been removed in error, or that you hold the rights to use the material in question, you may submit a counter-notice to support@solarwillow.com. Your counter-notice should include your contact details, a description of the content that was removed, a statement of your good faith belief that the removal was made in error, and your physical or electronic signature. Solar Willow will review all counter-notices in good faith and respond accordingly. 6.4 Repeat Infringers Solar Willow operates a strict repeat infringer policy. Any user who is found to have infringed the intellectual property rights of a third party on more than one occasion may have their account permanently terminated, without the right of reinstatement. 7. Trade Marks The Solar Willow name, logo, and associated marks are the trade marks of Solar Willow Psychic Network Pty Ltd. No user, Reader, or third party may use our trade marks — whether in connection with a product, service, website, or any other medium — without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our trade marks may constitute trade mark infringement and will be pursued accordingly. 8. Applicable Law This Copyright Policy is governed by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and applicable Australian law. Where users are located in jurisdictions outside of Australia, we will also endeavour to comply with the copyright laws applicable in those jurisdictions to the extent reasonably practicable. Solar Willow's obligations and rights under this policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia. 9. Changes to This Policy Solar Willow may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify users via email or through a notice on the Platform.
